Round Steak It is a lean, cut of beef, which is available boned and rolled for roasting or in the slice for stewing or great for stuffed steak .We only use the topside part from the full round as its the most tender section when bone out.
Topside has less fat running through it than other cuts making it leaner. It is more tender than silverside taken from the hindquarters.
